Pre and Post Race Schedule Information

A summary event schedule is listed below.  Please be aware that this may change at any time due to variables that may impact scheduling activities.  It is very important that athletes respect the timings of activities and policies as they are put in place for good reason to ensure the safe movement of athletes during the event and so that volunteers make the best use of their time to ensure you can race.

Please  take note of the parking restrictions in that area, it is unfortunate but even though there is ample parking availability in the district some of these have been restricted.  This does mean that following up the race with a convenient drink and meal at the local boat harbour is restrictive, however we have tried to address that and listed a few convenient options below:

  • Onsite Coffee  - a local coffee vendor will be onsite selling hot drinks including tea, coffee and hot chocolate.  I hope a few sweet treats also!  

  • Lot One Kitchen - is located a short walk form the race venue (approx. 400m) at 46 Angove Dr, Hillarys WA 6025.  They open Sunday 7am to 5pm and have a range of drinks, meals and breakfast options.   They are a short walk up Whitfords Ave just South of the bike turn into Whitford Nodes Park. - see http://www.lotonekitchen.com.au/

  • Dome Mullaloo, Swell Mullaloo, Mullaloo Beach Hotel and Dat's Amore - if you are heading North after the race or have commuted to the race venue on your bike the Dome Mullaloo are located 3.5km North of the race venue along Whitfords Ave-Northshore Drive at Mullaloo Beach.
