Course Maps and Information
Staring at Quinns Rocks Beach, athletes will navigate a 1 x lap course for each swim leg of either 300m or 150m depending on the race format. See course map below. Athletes then exit the water after each swim lap before navigating up the beach to Transition 1 (T1) on the grass area directly in front of Portofino's restaurant.
The run leg is a single lap (1 x lap) out and back lap along the Ocean Drive coastal path with distances varying with each race as:
Tin Lids (kids 7-11yrs) - run leg is an out and back lap of 500m in total
Short - each run leg is an out and back lap of 1km in total
Sprint - each run leg is an out and back lap of 1.5km in total
Enduro Sprint - each run leg is an out and back lap of 500m in total
